Typical shipping transit times (from time of shipment, not order placement – an order placed on Saturday evening will ship on Monday):
UPS Ground Saver – 3 to 7 days – generally most cost-effective for the contiguous 48 states
UPS Ground – 2 to 5 days
UPS 2nd Day Air – 2 days after order shipment
USPS Priority Mail – 1 to 3 days – generally the most cost-effective solution for Hawaii & Alaska
7-14 days for APO/FPO shipments (see additional detail below)
All "Free" or reduce shipping offers utilize the lowest cost service regardless of which shipping service level you select. If you redeem a free shipping code and select two-day shipping, the free shipping offer will be fulfilled, not the expedited shipping.
Some items may only be available for store pickup.
Orders must be shipped to a single shipping address.

The purchase of select items including, but not limited to: wheeled equipment bags, pitching mounds, field maintenance equipment, bases/plates, backstops, pitching machines, baseballs or softballs, team orders, or other items considered to be overweight or oversize may incur additional shipping charges.
As a veteran-owned business, we appreciate those who have chosen to serve in the military and
we ship to APO or FPO military addresses worldwide.
All APO/FPO orders will be shipped via Priority Mail and your shipment should take between 7 to 14 days.
For APO/FPO shipments, please include the following at check out:
Address 1: Grade/Rank/Rating and full name including middle initial.
Address 2: Unit and Unit number, Consolidated Mail Room Number, PSC Number, or Ship.
City: Enter APO or FPO as appropriate.
State: AA, AE, AP, or FP.
Country: United States.
We understand that sometimes an item needs to be exchanged or returned. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return any item within 60 days of purchase for a refund or exchange in its original condition and packaging that was purchased either at BetweenTheLinesAZ.com or at our Scottsdale store. This applies only to new, unused* products.
We do require proof of purchase from Between the Lines to honor a refund or exchange. If you provided us with your information when you checked out, we will typically have a record of your purchase; otherwise, we require a physical receipt.
*Once a bat is removed from its wrapper, or tags are removed from a glove, these products are considered used. Please double-check your bat weight and size, and your glove's size and fit before unwrapping or using your bat/glove. Between the Lines cannot accept a return of these items in used condition. Sorry, we cannot make an exception to this policy.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. Please insure your return shipment, as we are not responsible for a lost or damaged return. Order shipping charges, if any, will be deducted from your refund.
Special Orders & Custom Goods may not be returned unless defective.
