Official Rules 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1) Sponsor

BTL Sports LLC d/b/a Between the Lines (“Sponsor”), 13802 N Scottsdale Rd, Ste 127, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. Questions: info@betweenthelinesaz.com.

2) Scope

These Rules govern all social media giveaways (“Promotion(s)”) conducted by Sponsor unless a post expressly states different rules. Each giveaway post on Sponsor’s social account constitutes a Promotion under these Rules.

3) Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. & D.C., age 13 or older at time of entry. If an entrant is under 18, the prize will be awarded in the parent/legal guardian’s name, and the parent/guardian must complete all verification and acceptance documents. Not open to children under 13. Employees/contractors of Sponsor and their household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted.

4) How to Enter

A. Social Entry (one entry per person total): During the Entry Period:

  1. Follow @betweenthelinesaz on the platform where the giveaway post appears;

  2. Like the giveaway post; and

  3. Comment on that post and tag at least three (3) friends in a single comment.
    → One (1) entry total per person. Tagging more than three friends or posting additional comments does not earn extra entries. Do not tag people in photos who aren’t in them.
    Platform compliance: If a platform prohibits incentivized tagging (e.g., Facebook), Sponsor will substitute a compliant action noted in the post (e.g., “comment an emoji/word”). That action counts as one (1) entry.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (Mail-In AMOE; one entry per person total):
Hand-print on a 3"×5" card: full name, mailing address, city/state/ZIP, email, phone, the platform and date of the giveaway post, and the statement:

“I am 13+ and a U.S. resident. Please enter me in the Between the Lines Social Giveaway.”
If entrant is under 18, also include the printed name, signature, and phone/email of a parent or legal guardian.

Mail in a stamped envelope to:
BTL Sports LLC – Social Giveaway Entry, 13802 N Scottsdale Rd, Ste 127, Scottsdale, AZ 85254.

Timing requirement: Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than three (3) calendar days before the End Date (Section 5) and received by the End Date. One (1) mail-in entry per person per Promotion and one entry per outer envelope. Illegible, incomplete, late, bulk, courier-delivered, metered-mail with obscured postmark dates, mechanically produced, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be rejected in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion. Mail-ins are treated the same as social entries for odds and drawing.

Anti-automation; manual submission required (applies to all entry methods): Entries must be submitted manually by a natural person using a personal account. Automated, scripted, macro, bot, forged, or bulk entries (including vote-exchange or engagement pods) are prohibited and void. Use of multiple accounts, identities, or devices to bypass the entry limit is prohibited and void. Sponsor may require reasonable proof that an entry was submitted manually by the entrant.

5) Entry Period (14 Days)

Unless the post states otherwise, each Promotion opens when Sponsor publishes the post (platform timestamp) and closes at 11:59 p.m. Arizona Time on the 14th calendar day after the post date (“End Date”). Sponsor’s clock/records control.

6) Prize(s) & Value

Unless stated otherwise in the post, one (1) winner will receive the product featured or described in the giveaway post. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) < $500. No cash alternative except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. U.S. shipping only; Sponsor covers standard shipping.

7) Winner Selection; Odds

From all eligible entries (including timely qualified mail-ins), Sponsor will conduct a random drawing within five (5) business days after the End Date. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8) Notification & Verification

Sponsor will notify the potential winner by direct message on the platform used to enter or by email/phone (for mail-ins). The potential winner (or the parent/guardian if under 18) must respond within 48 hours and may be required to provide age/ID verification, shipping address, and/or a signed declaration/release. Sponsor may, in its reasonable discretion, require additional verification (e.g., confirmation of control of the social handle/account used to enter) to ensure compliance. Non-response, ineligibility, or noncompliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.

9) Taxes

Winner is responsible for any taxes/fees. If required by law (e.g., cumulative prizes from Sponsor meeting IRS thresholds), Sponsor may request a Form W-9 and issue a Form 1099-MISC.

10) Conduct & Compliance

Entries must comply with platform rules and applicable laws and must be the entrant’s own, manually submitted work; entries that are automated, generated by bots/scripts, submitted in bulk, or that attempt to circumvent the entry limit will be disqualified. Entries must not infringe others’ rights, or be inappropriate, harassing, or misleading. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify a Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair its integrity.

11) Publicity & Privacy

Where lawful, by accepting a prize, winner (and parent/guardian for minors) consents to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name/handle, city/state, and submitted content for winner announcements and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Personal data is handled per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at betweenthelinesaz.com/privacy.

12) Release

By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and Meta (Instagram/Facebook), X Corp. (Twitter), TikTok, and their affiliates, from any claims or liability arising from participation or prize receipt/use. Promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, these platforms. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor, not to any platform.

13) General

Any attempt to undermine a Promotion may violate criminal/civil laws. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding. If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.

14) Governing Law

Arizona law governs; venue lies in the state/federal courts of Maricopa County, AZ.
