Choosing a Warstic Bonesaber Baseball Bat

Start with the certification required by your league. Warstic Bonesaber bats in this collection include BBCOR, USSSA and USA Baseball models, along with select demo bats. Certification, construction and available sizing vary by model.

BBCOR, USSSA and USA Baseball

BBCOR bats are generally intended for high school and collegiate play where BBCOR certification is required. USSSA bats are made for organizations that permit the USSSA stamp, while USA Baseball bats serve leagues that require USA Baseball certification.

League rules can vary by age, division and season. Confirm the required stamp and drop weight before ordering.

Alloy, Hybrid and Composite Construction

One-piece alloy bats typically provide a direct, responsive feel. Hybrid designs combine an alloy barrel with a composite handle, while composite models use layered materials that can produce a different barrel feel.

Construction alone does not determine which bat is right for every player. Consider certification, swing weight, barrel feel and the player’s ability to control the bat.

Length and Drop Weight

Drop weight is the numerical difference between a bat’s length in inches and weight in ounces. A lower-magnitude drop, such as drop 3, is heavier relative to its length than a drop 10.

Choose a bat the player can control through the entire swing. Moving to a longer or heavier bat too early can reduce bat speed and barrel accuracy.

Demo and Closeout Bats

Some Warstic products in the live collection are labeled as demo or closeout bats. Review the individual product condition, included warranty information and available size carefully before purchasing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What certifications are available on Warstic Bonesaber bats?

The live collection includes BBCOR, USSSA and USA Baseball models. Check the individual product title and specifications for the certification of a particular bat.

What is the difference between Warstic alloy, hybrid and composite bats?

Alloy bats use a metal barrel, hybrid models combine an alloy barrel with a composite handle, and composite bats use layered composite construction. Each produces a different feel and weight distribution.

What Warstic bat size should I choose?

Select a length and weight the player can control without losing bat speed or posture. Certification and permitted drop weight should be confirmed before comparing sizes.

Can a BBCOR Warstic bat be used in youth baseball?

Only when the player’s league and division permit BBCOR bats. Many youth divisions instead require a USA Baseball or USSSA-certified model.

What does “demo” mean on a Warstic bat?

A demo bat may have been used for testing or display. Its exact condition and warranty coverage should be reviewed on the individual product page before purchase.
