The Baum Gold Stock AAA Pro with a flared knob combines the familiar appearance and sound of wood with a reinforced wood-composite construction made for repeated competitive use. Its balanced swing keeps the barrel easy to control, making this model comfortable for hitters who want to work the entire field rather than fight a heavily loaded barrel.

All wood bats we carry are -3 drop. Sizing follows the same principles as BBCOR. Wood punishes poor bat speed more than any other type — when in doubt, go shorter.

BTL TipIf you are playing travel or high school ball in Arizona, you are going to need a wood bat. Most summer tournaments around here are wood bat only.
