Wood Bats
All wood bats we carry are -3 drop. Sizing follows the same principles as BBCOR. Wood punishes poor bat speed more than any other type — when in doubt, go shorter.

BTL TipIf you are playing travel or high school ball in Arizona, you are going to need a wood bat. Most summer tournaments around here are wood bat only. Wood is also the best training tool in the game — the sweet spot is smaller and mishits are unforgiving, which forces you to be more precise with the barrel and build better mechanics over time.

The DT110-SD takes the familiar M110 idea and adds a denser barrel with a thicker handle. That combination keeps the swing balanced and connected while still providing a firm hitting surface. The Natural handle and Black barrel give it a traditional two-tone look, and the small knob flare maintains a comfortable bottom-hand position.

How does the DT110-SD swing?

It has a balanced profile with a thicker handle that keeps weight closer to the hands.

What is the DT110-SD based on?

Dove Tail describes it as a modified M110 profile.

Is this bat birch or maple?

This BTL product is the birch version.
