The Rawlings Sierra Romero Heart of the Hide 12-inch glove combines an infield fastpitch pattern with a personal design story. Its camel base, metallic accents and sun detail honor Romero’s father and the importance of family and hard work.
The 120SB pattern uses an H-Web. Heart of the Hide leather is combined with a SpeedShell back, while shell-leather palm lining and a padded thumb sleeve complete the interior. A narrow fit and adjustable wrist opening make fit an important part of the buying decision, separate from the 12-inch glove length.
Rawlings specifies 35% player break-in, so the glove should still be prepared before competition. It is a right-hand-throw model for an infielder who wants Romero’s signature styling with a fastpitch-specific build.
