The Fall 2025 Wilson A2K 1734 pairs a 34-inch baseball catcher’s pattern with an all-leather Seafoam and Sky Blue design. It is built for catchers who prefer a larger receiving surface and want the leather selection and Japanese craftsmanship of Wilson’s A2K series.
Pro Stock Select leather forms the palm and back. The 1734 pattern uses thinner toe pads to reduce bulk near the receiving edges, while an extended index finger pad supplies additional cushioning between an outside index finger and the mitt.
A Half Moon Web completes the pocket, and Flat Finger Binding provides a lower-profile contact area for players who prefer a finger-out setup. The final closure and pocket shape still need to be developed through player break-in.
Seafoam on the back meets a Sky Blue palm, with pink web laces and logos, purple perimeter lacing, and white trim. The layered colors give this release a distinctive look.
