The blonde and black look is easy to like. More importantly, this is a first base mitt built around a smaller hand fit. A young first baseman can get the position-specific shape without choosing a standard adult fit. The softer leather also makes the first stretch of break-in less demanding.

The 2027 Wilson A1000 PF1612 is a 12-inch baseball first base mitt with Pedroia Fit. Its smaller hand fit is designed for players who need shorter finger stalls and a narrow wrist opening.

Full grain leather provides a softer starting feel. The Horizontal Bar Web and dedicated first-base shape suit receiving throws and scoops, with blonde, black and white giving the mitt a classic finish.
